People traveling by air will not have to take their shoes off during security screenings in the future.
Earlier passengers traveling through air had to remove their shoes for the security checks but now they will not be required to do so as confirmed by Napolitano. There would definitely be restrictions on the amount of liquids passengers carrying while traveling on a plane because as of now there is no technology to detect between explosives and harmless liquids.
Passengers traveling through air have shown their discomfort with the security checks after September 11.It has been suggested that suspected passengers who are traveling by air should only be asked to remove the shoes.
